Current sales stand at approximately 40%, with Thai buyers accounting for 90% and foreign buyers 10%. The project offers unique amenities including a two-lane bowling alley, pickleball court, Mud Lounge spa, salt sauna, four swimming pools, and pet-friendly policies. Land prices in the area are nearly 400,000 baht per square wah, making beachfront plots scarce. Santisiri notes Hua Hin is evolving from a short-term tourist destination into a place for long-term living, supported by infrastructure like the dual-track railway now reaching Hua Hin, while high-speed rail and international airport developments remain pending.
