The event was held at the Thong Yai Auditorium, Udon Thani Provincial Hall, with over 400 participants.

During the ceremony, the Minister presented certificates of recognition to organizations supporting the community empowerment movement and allocated funding for community empowerment projects in Udon Thani province for the 2026 fiscal year. He also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between partner networks and community organizations.

Subsequently, the Minister visited the "Secure Housing Near Railway Lines, Tung Sawang East Community" cooperative, located in Mueang District, to officially inaugurate the "Secure Housing Near Railway Lines, Tung Sawang East Community" project. He presented land lease agreements from the State Railway of Thailand, along with house keys and house registration documents, to 37 households in the community, enabling them to reside legally.
